DEVELOPMENT
PRIORITIES
Building a Credible Pathway to Clinical Use
MediQAI is progressing a patent-pending connected-health architecture from platform concept and digital demonstrator toward an integrated engineering and clinically testable prototype.
Development is intended to proceed through structured engineering, quality, cybersecurity, regulatory and clinical-evidence stages. Medical and safety-related capabilities will require appropriate verification and validation before any commercial or clinical use.
Four Priorities Guiding Development
MediQAI’s development pathway is structured around protecting the architecture, engineering an integrated prototype, generating credible evidence and working with appropriate specialist partners.

Patent-Pending Architecture
Patent-pending intellectual property covering the proposed integration of multimodal sensing, a Physiological Digital Twin, predictive intelligence and clinician-directed care pathways.

Engineering Prototype
The platform concept and initial digital demonstrator are progressing toward an integrated prototype combining device hardware, sensing, connectivity, software and patient-specific modelling.

Verification And Validation
The proposed medical and safety functions will require design controls, technical verification, usability assessment, cybersecurity testing, controlled clinical validation and appropriate quality management.

Partnership-Led Development
MediQAI welcomes structured engagement with clinical, research, engineering, regulatory and healthcare-system partners capable of supporting responsible development and evidence generation.
A Staged, Evidence-Led Development Pathway
Architecture & Demonstrator
Refine the patent-pending system architecture, device requirements, Digital Twin framework, software functions and initial user and clinician demonstrators.
Integrated engineering prototype
Develop and integrate the wearable hardware, sensors, on-demand six-lead ECG pathway, connectivity, applications, Digital Twin and supporting software infrastructure.
Verification and controlled validation
Undertake engineering verification, software testing, cybersecurity assessment, usability work and appropriately designed controlled clinical-validation activities.
Regulatory and pilot readiness
Develop the required quality, technical, clinical and regulatory evidence before considering authorised pilots, manufacturing scale-up or commercial deployment.
Prototype Development — Not Yet Commercially Available
MediQAI currently has a platform concept and initial digital demonstrator. The proposed physical device, integrated sensing architecture, Physiological Digital Twin, predictive functions and clinician-directed pathways remain under development.
No statement on this website should be interpreted as confirmation that the proposed device or medical functions have completed clinical validation, received regulatory authorisation or become commercially available.
