ECG LEADS
Multimodal Monitoring With On-Demand Six-Lead ECG
The proposed MediQAI wearable combines continuous physiological, movement and safety monitoring with an on-demand six-lead ECG pathway in one connected device architecture.
Its proposed wrist unit, intelligent straps, external contact pathway, cellular connectivity, location support and emergency communication functions are designed to gather richer longitudinal information while supporting interaction beyond a conventional consumer smartwatch.
four Integrated Wearables
The proposed device architecture combines multimodal sensing, a three-contact six-lead ECG pathway, standalone connectivity and safety-oriented communication within one coordinated wearable platform.

Proposed continuous monitoring pathways include wrist-based ECG, optical sensing for pulse and blood-oxygen trends, temperature, movement, orientation and safety-related activity information.
A proposed three-contact pathway using right-arm, left-arm and lower-limb contact points to derive leads I, II, III, aVR, aVL and aVF when an extended rhythm recording is required.
Proposed cellular, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and location capabilities are intended to support secure data transfer, remote communication and connected operation without constant dependence on a nearby smartphone.
Proposed capabilities include a physical SOS control, fall and no-motion awareness, location support, geofencing, two-way voice communication and clinician-directed escalation pathways.
The proposed MediQAI architecture connects multimodal sensing, a patient-specific Physiological Digital Twin and predictive intelligence within one coordinated, longitudinal system.
Three Contact Points. Six Limb Leads.

Initiate
The user or an authorised care pathway initiates an extended ECG recording through the wearable interface.

Establish Contact
Right-arm and left-arm contact points are combined with a proposed lower-limb contact to establish the required three-electrode configuration.

Derive Six LeadS
The proposed system derives leads I, II, III, aVR, aVL and aVF, displays and automatically, securely transfers the resulting recording to the clinician and prompts the uses to initiate an SOS call.
The MediQAI wearable is a patent-pending technology concept under development. The device, sensing functions, ECG pathway, algorithms and medical capabilities will require engineering verification, clinical validation, quality assurance and applicable regulatory authorisation before medical or commercial use.

Support Review
The recording may be combined with symptoms, preceding physiological information and relevant clinical context to support authorised clinical review.
